| When i have lived at my very closest and most in step with God I am still far short of a life lived for the Gospel and the supremacy of Christ. I envy the commitment of missionaries in Burma, yet God is calling all of us to this type of commitment. Even if we live in the most comfy nation in the world, in America, for the rest of our lives we are still called to make this level of commitment. We say that it is a sacrifice, but it it not. The thought of giving up TV for the sake of the Gospel seems crazy to my flesh, but it might gain souls for Christ through my prayers and it will definately enrich my relationships with my wife and heavenly Father. I am tired of the eyes i see with now. I have prayed that God would increase my faith, he has, and i am suprised. i have a lot to learn and it is impossible with-out "sacrifice" and obedience.
This message is for me from God but it is universial truth for all disciples of Christ.
Take care all.
So much for xanga being fun and easy.
But this part of cementing what God has called us to and i pary that we hold each other accountable to simple live different. | | |
| I'm Back!!!! What's up LSCC! It's been so long since i have posted i almost forgot how...almost. once in awhile ( often actually ) i just want to be cool and know what's going on with yall so i check the crew. Also i didn't want to be the very last entry on our blogring. ( yes i hate losing, even in xangaland ) anywaz this will probbaly not happen often, but once in awhile you might here from me when i have something profound to say. Like...
Have you ever eaten a really good banana. you know the kind that makes you wonder why you ever eat another fruit. Then the next time you eat one it's terrible and makes you gag. Yeh i hate that.
I can't get that Bryce kids voice out of my head ( shameless plug ) (Bryce where's my 10 bucks?)
Sorry it's been awhile, i have alot of meaninglessness to write.
See you all at mals wedding
Peace out until 2008

| That's right this is the last post ever from good old jayblah. I am entering a time of xanga fast, the cause sadness. It hurts me to literal tears to see something meant to be fun, used as something that hurts. I am not pointing fingers, it is all of us here in the LSCC Crew blogring. I'm done. I love you all so much, and when i check my xanga, i'm not excited because of the possibility to get refreshed by a funny uplifting thing. I am scared of how Satan may use this stupid device of technology to rip us apart. Ask yourself the last time you were uplifted by xanga. God has intended us to be in fellowship and speak face to face with our brothers and sisters even when it's hard. I am not quitting out of self rightousness, but out of sorrow, remorse and prayful consideration for all my bros and sisters who i love with all i have.
The word says, "If your right eye causes you to sin, gauge it out." I am afraid of what xanga may make me think or say to someone else and so it's gettin gauged.
I love you all and i willl see you face to face this wednesday!

| Was Up? - In reading many people's sites today i am very sad. Life is hard no doubt. (has anyone seen my wallet?) But, please know that there is one person that loves you no matter what. He is there at 3am . He is there when you are so frustarted that you don't even know what to say or do. He holds tomorrow in his hands. He will withold no good thing from those who love him. He wants you to have joy, and his name is Jesus...
We know these things and we say them, but we do not wake up thinking about them and let these truths impact our life outlook.
I don't say theses things as a minister but as a man who is learning much right now and a man who loves all of you more than you know.
